Needed

Leftovers from the colours of the JJH CAL pack, of course you could use any colours you like!

Hook 3.5, 3 (the smaller the better)

Darning needle 

Scissors 

Method

In Turquoise, SK, CH10, 

Teal Popcorn (see below on how to make the popcorn) 

Berry Popcorn 

Pistachio Popcorn 

Teal Popcorn 

Then CH another 8 after the popcorn, (13 in total) and DC into the 3rd from hook, CH10

(We will come back to make the flower later)

Berry Popcorn 

Then CH another 8 after the popcorn, (13 in total) and DC into the 3rd from hook, CH10

Teal Popcorn 

Then CH another 8 after the popcorn, (13 in total) and DC into the 3rd from hook, CH10

Pumpkin Popcorn 

Then CH another 8 after the popcorn, (13 in total) and DC into the 3rd from hook, CH10

In Turquoise CH 10

Close the necklace with a SS, cut off yarn and weave in ends. 

Before closing the chain for the necklace, my chain measured 110 cm 

How to make the popcorn 

Pull through colour and CH2, going back to the last Turquoise ch and do 8 DC, then lay the turquoise thread in the middle of your popcorn towards the front, take out you hook and insert into the first DC made, pick up your loop and pull it through to create the popcorn. Go back to using Turquoise and CH 5 in Turquoise

Flowers

Centre of the flower 

Round 1 

SK and starting with a STHDC into the circle made along the necklace, place 6HDC into the circle, then when making your 7th HDC upon the last pull though insert into the 2nd ch from the circle to attach the HDC, then continue on the other side of the circle with another 6 HDC, inserting into the 2nd CH from the circle for the 7th HDC, SS to close the round, ensure you have 15 stitches> 

Round 2

*CH 2, sk 3, SS into the 3rd st*, repeat until you have 5 loops, SS into the first loop to close the round, cut off the yarn.  

Flower Petals 

SK, insert into the 1st loop and *do 4 CHs, 1TR, 3DTR, 1TR, 4CH, SS into the same loop 

SS into the next loop * and repeat *-* 5 times in total.
